Star Seguinot here, and I am the organizer of the Philadelphia Salsa & Zumba Meetup group. I really like this venue. The space is large and comfortable with booth and table seating, hardwood floors, a bar, and the music was poppin'! The crowd is mostly dancing ON2, but I danced both styles all evening and had a great time. The host, Tom, and hostess, Louise, were quick to greet me with warm and smiling welcomes. Street parking was everywhere, and free since it is held on a Sunday. Though the music was great, I did miss my bachata and merengues. The DJ plays mostly salsa/mambo with a drizzle of cha cha. I will plan more meetups at this location. This is a good spot for all level of salsero! ”

I had a great experience! I learned so much and enjoyed every moment. I was in class (intermediate) at 6:45 and stayed for the class after that til 10PM. I had SOOOOOO much fun! So much that time flew by! I want to keep going! I'm hooked on salsa!!!...oh! and I "got dipped" ;)

Since it was my first actual class, I really struggled keep up with the rest of the class. But the instructor was great and everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. Will be traveling for work next Friday but definitely plan on going back the following Friday.

ONE OF THE FEW TIMES THERE WERE MORE MEN THAN WOMEN, ONLY ABOUT 1 EXTRA GUY, BUT STILL A GREAT DANCE THAT JAVIER PUTS TOGETHER EACH WEEK.
