Just to advise you that Allentown's Halloween Parade is tomorrow afternoon at 2 PM. The parade route starts at the Allentown Fairgrounds and goes down Hamilton to 7th Street. The streets will start closing at 1:30 PM and reopen after the parade ends. The City of Allentown says the parade ends at 4 PM at the very latest so hopefully there will be no impact to our getting to The Brew Works for our Halloween Social.

If the streets are still closed when you are approaching The Allentown Brew Works, we suggest parking in the Spiral Deck, 820 Linden Street. It's free, according to the Allentown Parking Authority.

There's also a parking garage behind the Holiday Inn, and, we think, a lot beside it, accessible from Walnut Street.

We hope you have your costume ready!
